Stan Taylor has been a Director of Photography in Los Angeles for 25 years shooting both film and video. His work has taken him to every state of the union and thirty-seven countries around the world. Stan brings his unique style and abilities to shooting, lighting, and directing and has versatility working with many different formats which allows him to shoot not only with film, but high definition video and everything in-between.
Stan's talents have been used on major broadcast productions for ABC, NBC and CBS and cable network shows. He also has extensive experience shooting corporate and commercial footage for such well-known corporations as IBM, Porsche, Audi, Honda, Rockwell International, Genzyme Pharmaceuticals and Mattel. Stan heads his own corporation Taylor-Lyons Communications, Inc. as a seasoned producer & director.
With over two decades of experience in production, Dave has remained at the forefront of the constantly evolving landscape of emerging technologies. For Dave, what may be new to others is likely already well-known. He played a key role in establishing an internet TV company, embraced High Definition (HD) production/postproduction early on, and is currently involved in internet streaming.
With years of experience as a Director, Director of Photography, Lighting Designer, and Editor, Dave has owned and managed Dajen Productions, a full-service production company situated in Santa Barbara. Dave's extensive knowledge of production and technology forms a solid basis for his mastery in post-production.
During his career, Dave has contributed his expertise to many networks and cable channels, including shows such as “Time Warp,” “Lifetime Sports” with Geena Davis, and “The Oprah Winfrey Show.” Additionally, he has collaborated with some of the most renowned stars, such as Jeff Bridges, Clint Eastwood, Martin Sheen, and Harrison Ford.
